• The service refers to the application.

It refers to third party companies or persons employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to help the Company analyze how the Service is performed.

• Usage data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the service or from the infrastructure of the service itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

• You means the person who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which that person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.

When using our service, we may ask you to provide us with some private information that cannot be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information includes:

• The date of your last period;

• The probable date of delivery on ultrasound;

• The exact date of delivery if you have given birth before.

No data is collected automatically.

Use of your personal data

Incub@UO through this application has no access to the data provided because it (the data) is stored in your device. The data provided (as mentioned above) are only used to calculate the probable date of delivery and generate a provisional calendar for post and prenatal visits. The dates of post and prenatal visits are stored in the calendar or diary application of your device if you accept its use, otherwise they are not stored. Incub@UO strongly recommends that you follow your doctor’s advice. This application can in no way replace a doctor.

Retention of your personal data

Your data is stored on your device and nowhere else.

Transfer of your personal data

The app does not transfer your data.

Disclosure of your personal data

Your personal data is stored on your device and Incub@UO cannot access it. Incub@UO cannot disclose your personal data.

Security of your personal data

The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Although we do not collect or share any personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our service is aimed at anyone of childbearing age.

Our service may contain links to other websites which are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party site or service.

Covid-19

The application contains a section that deals with the health of the pregnant woman, mother and child in this period of the pandemic to COVID-19. This application is not specifically dedicated to the fight against this pandemic. We do not collect or process any data to support COVID-19 related efforts or epidemiological research.
